Did you know that each of us has an inner guidance system that is constantly trying to communicate with us? This system is called our intuition, and learning how to listen to it can be one of the best things we ever do for ourselves. Intuition often communicates through feelings or hunches, so if you’re feeling like something isn’t right, or if something just seems off, It usually is.

One of the best ways to start listening to your intuition is by developing a relationship with your higher self. Your higher self is the part of you that exists beyond your ego and personality. It’s the part of you that is always connected to God, the universe, or whatever name you choose to call it. When we develop a relationship with our intuition all other outside noise begins to quiet.

There are many ways to connect with your higher self. You can do this through prayer, meditation, or simply taking some time each day for yourself to just be. The most important thing is that you make the time and space for it. Once you’ve connected with your higher self, begin listening to what it has to say. It will change your life.

“The quieter you become, the more you will hear.” There is always so much outside noise and chatter around us, constantly pulling us into many directions. It can be difficult to hear our inner voice if we’re not used to tuning in. The best way to start is by simply being still and quieting the mind. Meditate, pray or just sit in silence for a few minutes each day. As you get better at this, you will find that your intuition speaks louder and clearer.

  • It may become easier to schedule time in your day to take time out and just be in the moment and enjoy your current experiences.
  • Going out into nature is also a great way to relax and listen to the sounds that surround you.
  • I enjoy sunbathing and soaking up the natural sun rays.
  • Enjoy soothing and calming Solfeggio frequency sounds and music.

Ways you can tell if you’re not listening to yourself enough. Are you asking others for their opinion more? Are you searching on the internet for answers to more of your questions? Are you feeling more anxious and stressed? If you answered yes to any of these, then it may be time for you to start listening to your Higher Self.

The Higher Self is that part of you that is always in alignment with the truth and knows what is best for you. It communicates with you through feelings, intuition, and inspiration. Trust yourself more. There are Benefits of tuning in and being receptive to guidance from your higher self.

Benefits: Increase Clarity & Direction, Higher Awareness, Emotional Stability, Inner Peace and Joy. These are just to name a few.

Listening to your higher self is a process that starts with being present in the moment. It’s about not letting your mind wander and instead, focusing on what you’re thinking or feeling at any given time. You can practice this by meditating for 10 minutes every day, doing yoga outside when possible, walking around your neighborhood without headphones in so you have room for yourself to hear things like birds singing or cars driving past…or even just sitting down somewhere quiet where there are no distractions. If mindfulness seems too difficult right now because of all the noise surrounding you both inside and out of work- it’s never too late to start! I hope my tips were helpful if they weren’t, check back later for more life advice.
